Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes

• African Galaxy Home endeavors to deliver orders within 3 to 7+ business days, depending on the customer’s location and the origin of the stock. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  Public holidays or extraordinary events may temporarily adjust the delivery schedule.

Order Processing and Payment

• Orders will only be processed and scheduled for delivery once full payment has been cleared and reflects in African Galaxy Home’s bank account.
• African Galaxy Home reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order until payment is confirmed.

Split Deliveries

• African Galaxy Home may, with prior reasonable consent from the customer, split the delivery of goods into multiple shipments, each invoiced and delivered separately.

Third-Party Delivery Services

• African Galaxy Home is authorized to engage third-party delivery services to transport goods purchased, under terms deemed appropriate by African Galaxy Home.

Delivery Addresses

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. African Galaxy Home shall not be held liable for any loss or delays resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  Delivery Fees
• Delivery charges will be quoted during the checkout process and added to the invoice where applicable.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Delivery, installation, commencement, and performance times provided are estimates only and not binding.

Force Majeure and Adjustments

• Extraordinary events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may result in adjustments to delivery schedules. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

• African Galaxy Home shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from delays, missed deliveries, or other events beyond its control.
